This war on drugs is just missile strikes. And yeah, this doctrine opens up strikes on anything - although it will work as a deterrent. This was Chapultepec Park, a real gem in Mexico City. The squirrel makes the most cash out of this.

With Trump it is not really about solving a problem, it is more to create drama and project macho image. And if things go sour then just move on and create some other crisis.
