Ken Behr smuggled marijuana and cocaine into Florida back in the glory days of the 1980s when pilots flew dope straight over the Caribbean into the Sunshine State. Taking us to a site of a drop he shows exactly how it was done and how easy it was, before Reagan clamped down and the smugglers shifted to Mexico.
Behr later faced half a century in prison so he flipped and became an informant for the DEA. He described working for the narcs as a “multi-level marketing scheme” but it got him out of jail, and helped them bust a lot of weight. You can hear the full story of Behr in this episode of the CrashOut Podcast here.
